Hosting

modules.theopequignot.fr is hosted by the publisher himself, on a server he operates in France. Data does not leave France, except for outgoing emails (see below).

Sale of the modules

The modules are sold on the Dolistore (dolistore.com), the official store of the Dolibarr ecosystem. Payment, invoice and right of withdrawal fall under the Dolistore terms. Email support and updates are included for 2 years after purchase, and this site is where you get them.

Trademarks

Dolibarr is a trademark of the Dolibarr association. This site and its modules are independent, they are neither published nor endorsed by the association. The module names (BackupGuard, AutoFacture, etc.) and the content of this site belong to Théo Pequignot, and reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Personal data

Théo Pequignot is the data controller. Data is used only to provide the service you ask for. A customer account (email, name, company, password stored as a one-way hash, download history) is kept for as long as it exists. A support request (email, optional name and company, Dolistore order reference, versions, messages and attachments) is kept for 3 years after the last message. A release notice subscription (email and chosen module) is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any of those emails. When you buy a module, the Dolistore sends me a notification with your name, company, email, order reference and module. I keep it for as long as the module support lasts, to place the module in the customer account that uses the same address. The server also keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security. No data is sold or shared. Emails are sent through Hostinger’s mail service.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@theopequignot.fr. Answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

No advertising cookie, no audience measurement, no third-party tracker. Four technical cookies, without which the site does not work and which therefore need no consent. They protect the forms (csrf), remember the chosen language (lang, one year) and keep the customer account session (acc) and the administration session (adm).
